According to magazineart.org, Fruit, Garden and Home is the predecessor of Better Homes and Gardens. The image above is the cover of the final issue under the old title; the August, 1924 issue came out under the new name of Better Homes and Gardens.
As a fan of both ephemera and shelter magazines, that's an interesting tidbit!
