What a conversation piece! Spied on sweet and subtle blog stipje. Fantastic use of vintage image ... I guess I just never think of images in that way. When I think print and pattern I don't think of things like this ... but it is beguiling.
GLC, as long as you have your own space to decorate (even if it is your parents' basement, and believe me -- I've been there), you can do just about ANYTHING! The creative mind can go a long way, unleashed ...
As much as I'd like to really get into decorating, I'm in that "Move every 6 months" stage of my early 20s. I do the best I can in my living space but it'd be nice to have actual furniture that belonged to me.
Fortunately I just decorate other people's places.
This is a lovely chair. I love the unusual use of these vintage images. Twyla
ReplyDeleteIndeed! Wow, that is a neat way to use a vintage image! I love it! Thanks for the post, and great to see you're posting again!
ReplyDeletebtw, my blog address has changed to mzhollygolightly.blogspot.com, had problems with the other, so please update if you'd like :)
Ugh. Nice furniture like this makes me regret not having my own apartment to decorate. Well that and the fact I live in my parent's basement.
